Online shop Terms of Service

Loway sells software licenses using a try-before-you-buy model. We offer ample opportunities to test-drive our software before actually purchasing it. It is up to the client to make an informed purchase decision. Each software package is governed by its own EULA, to be approved in order to use the software.

  • Software activation keys are generated only after the order is completely paid for and the customer has sent Loway all the information needed to create an invoice.
  • Orders are processed within 3 working days after all required information is received.
  • All prices quoted in the Online Shop do not include VAT. If you are based in Switzerland or Liechtenstein, we'll have to charge VAT - in order to do this we will send you a separate PayPal request for the VAT tax.
  • In case a payment is reversed for any reasons, Loway reserves the right to deactivate any keys purchased with such payment. Loway will not be liable for any damages or losses caused by such conduit.
  • See also outr terms for Interational Customers.

Refund policy

Loway does not provide refunds of any kind to its customers. The software is licensed as-is, and we offer ample opportunities for customers to try it extensively before purchasing. Only in case a mistake is made during the purchasing process (e.g. ordering the wrong product), you may ask for a refund before the license key is generated and sent to you. To request such a refund, please add a ticket to .

International customers

If your company or country requires any extra document signed by Loway in order to perform an international purchase, this must be stated in advance before the purchase is actually performed. Loway cannot produce extra documentation for orders that have already been processed and for which a final invoice was already produced.

As an operational Swiss company, you can verify the company's operational and legal status on the public Swiss registries; we can produce an electronic copy of our Swiss tax registration - in local language - if needed.

Loway is unable to sign foreign forms or to produce specific documents without appropriate legal counsel, for which the customer shall bear the entire cost.

Payments are expected in full and without any tax deducted; if any withholding/VAT tax is to be paid, it's up to the customer to pay for it so that Loway receives the stipulated amount. Loway will not be able to process orders until the full payment is received.

If unsure about whether your specific legal/compliance documentation can be met, feel free to contact our Sales team.
