Loway - A status update

The COVID-19 pandemic has gone global very quickly; and all businesses will be affected in different ways.

Loway is open for business, but has switched to nearly-100% remote work in response to increased concerns about the health and safety of our employees, and the evolution of local regulations. At the same time, a number of businesses are finding themselves not prepared for managing teams of remote agents, and are contacting us to adopt an effective remote working tool for their contact centers.

Our development, sales, network and support teams are fully operational, in spite of the difficulties above, and we will do your best to help you in a timely and professional way. We are trying to reduce the flow of incoming calls, so we ask you to stick to email for a first contact. Our support team always replies very quickly, and it's the best way to find the right person that will be able to address your needs, whatever they might be.

Remote support and remote training are unaffected, though the situation is currently in flux and reschedules may happen. We try to schedule set-up meetings in a short time, so you can quickly evaluate the effectiveness of our solutions, and we double down on support, so we can help you effectively in these times of uncertainty.

We are based out of an area that was hit heavily by COVID, and we are witnesses of how fast it spread and how dangerous it is. Remember to stay safe, follow safety measures, and use a double dose of prevention.
